	Room 3:   price € 82.00 Ground floor room with double bed, TV, air-conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin, small lounge area inside and a very spacious terrace outside.
	Room 4:   price € 89.00 Terrace room on the first floor with twin bed, TV, air-conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin, spacious salon and two terraces, one small terrace on the front and a huge terrace with panoramic views on the back.
	Room 5:   price € 92.00 (extra bed, add €30.00) Ground floor room with double bed, TV, air-conditioning and heating, bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and double washbasin, spacious salon with fridge and terrace doors leading to a private terrace, possibility to use the roof terrace.
	Room 6:   price € 98.00 (extra bed, add €30.00) Spacious terrace room on the first floor with double bed, a lounge area, kitchenette with fridge, TV, air-conditioning and heating. Terraces on both sides of the room, one with beautiful views over the valley, the other very private. Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin. Very suitable for longer stays and enough room for an extra bed or cot.

The room prices mentioned include taxes and breakfast. When a double room is booked for single use, we will charge 80% of the room price.
The price of a baby cot is 10 € per night.
